I’m a product developer with experience in a consumer-centric, omnichannel, "best in class" Fortune 100 Company and extensive international tourism and non-profit experience. I have had a sustainable impact in local and global communities and developed a cultural sensitivity.

The business of driving mutually beneficial change in tourism is my purpose. And I am passionate about creating and amplifying diverse, equitable, and inclusive community-centered experiences that generate economic opportunities.

As a product developer and program management consultant specializing in cultural heritage and adventure tourism, I have created and collaborated on community-centered tourism initiatives that have shaped new ways for people to travel more meaningfully.

A PASSION TO SERVE

This all started as a passion, something I did after work and on weekends through volunteer service and traveling. As a desire to simply connect people who wanted to do good, but didn't have the resources they needed to make sustainable meaningful change happen.

Since 2010, this passion project evolved into G.E.A.R. Shop Collective, a business that connects non-profit and for-profit organizations to co-create services, experiences, and products that are forces for good and inclusive to all. To help bring more awareness to the non-profit, and in turn, support the for-profit's desire to have a sustainable positive impact on the communities they do business in.
